18k yellow gold unique open face Patek Philippe pocket watch, 46mm diameter, circa 1888, serial number 79700. Silvered dial with black Arabic numerals, minute ring and elaborate hands. Plain polished case 18k yellow gold case and curvette with flowing initials on the back and an oversized bezel. Inside both the case and curvette are markings for 750 and the Swiss assay mark for 18k, PPCo and the Patek Cross. High grade Patek Philippe movement signed by an American retailer, Duhme & Co. Cincinnati, Ohio. Movement in excellent working condition (recently overhauled by a master watchmaker).
