Elgin Veritas 18 size 23 jewel stem wind, lever set, nickel damaskeened movement in a Philadelphia yellow gold filled SB&B open face case with an Arabic numeral porcelain double sunk dial with outer red 5-minute markers, s#9598700. Probable recase showing light wear, substantial crown wear, microfine scratches, cracks at 7 plus fairly well done chip repairs. A high quality movement.
