Silvered metallic dial with raised Roman numerals and daggar hour markers with minute markers and subsidiary constant seconds register -- showing much wear under the bezel, particularly at the 3 and 6. 18k yellow gold square case with nice lugs and ribbed band in very good condition. High quality Vacheron Constantin mechanical movement, serial number 430597 in good working condition. Case, dial and movement all signed Vacheron Constatin. A wonderful look.
