Thuret a Paris pocket watch circa 1700, 56mm diameter. Outstanding dial with Roman numerals and minute markers, Carved brass case, including hunting cupid being directed by Venus (best guess) -- Thuret (father son circa 1700) was noted for their brass work, particularly on their clocks. Appears to be a later added internal metal piece to add stability to the pierced brass case. Lovely verge movement, currently working signed Thuret Paris. Comes with a later locket watch key.
